The Election Commission has started the 'Mera Parye Vote Desh Ke Liye' campaign for the Lok Sabha elections. The campaign aims to promote youth participation in elections. Indeed, the 18th Lok Sabha elections are soon to be held in the country. The Election Commission has launched this campaign to encourage first-time voters to participate in the world's largest democratic process. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself in his recent 'Mann Ki Baat' address urged the country to engage more with democratic processes.

Further, Union Information and Broadcasting and Youth Affairs and Sports Minister Anurag Singh Thakur presented the anthem 'Mera Pye Wat Desh Ke Liye', appealing to everyone to join the campaign and encourage young voters to exercise their democratic right. Prime Minister Narendra Modi in his recent 'Mann Ki Baat' program also emphasized the importance of first-time voter participation in the electoral process. PM Modi asked the voters to participate in the election process in large numbers.

The song 'Mera Parye Wat Desh Ke Liye' and PM Modi's appeal has received widespread support in various fields including sports, entertainment, industry and social media. This collective effort has transformed 'Mera Pye Vote Desh Ke Liye' from a campaign into a mass movement. Many states, educational institutions, and other organizations have also launched programs to encourage first-time voters.
