Violence escalates in Bangladesh, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina flees the country, protesters occupy PM's residence

The ongoing protests against reservation in Bangladesh have now turned into a massive and nationwide movement. In the meantime, there is news that Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina has left the Dhaka Palace ie the Prime Minister's residence and gone to a safe place. Lakhs of people have defied curfew and hit the road demanding Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's resignation. There is a possibility that Sheikh Hasina may resign from the post of Prime Minister.

According to news agency AFP, at least 300 people have been killed so far in this ongoing protest against the Bangladesh government.

Bangladesh is once again burning with reservations, with incidents of violence and arson coming to light from many places. In the Inayatpur Police Station of Sirajganj, the protesters surrounded the police station and set fire to the police station. 13 policemen were killed in the fire at the police station.

According to local media reports, thousands of protesters attacked the Inayatpur police station at once in the afternoon. The policemen could not do anything because of the sudden attack by Chomer. The protesters then set fire to the entire police station, killing 13 policemen. Meanwhile, the army chief is going to address the nation.
