Aging is a natural process, but you can delay them for a few years if you want. With a nutritious diet, plenty of water, a healthy lifestyle, adequate sleep and regular yoga and exercise, you can prevent the signs of aging.
Maintain Skin Moisture
Our body is made up of 70% water. Deficiency of water causes the skin to shrink, leading to premature wrinkling of the skin. Don't let the body get dehydrated to avoid wrinkles. Drink 7-8 glasses of water daily. Drinking enough water removes toxins from the body and increases the glow of the skin.
Avoid sugar altogether
Sugar that dissolves sweetness in the tongue is very harmful to health. Consuming sugar can raise blood sugar levels. In addition, the skin's ability to produce collagen and elastin also begins to decrease. Due to which wrinkles appear on the face, neck and hands.
Get some sleep
Staying up late at night and not getting enough sleep can lead to premature wrinkles on the face. To avoid this, go to bed early at night and get a full eight hours of sleep.

Benefits of Green Tea
Green tea is a powerful antioxidant and keeps the skin young. To use it, boil green tea in water. When the water cools down, apply it to the face with a cotton pad to tone the skin. Wash the face after 20 minutes.
Apply Aloe Vera Gel
To prevent signs of aging, apply aloe vera gel on the face daily and wash it off with plain water after 20 minutes. You will start seeing results within a few days.
Remove dead skin
Exfoliation removes dead skin cells and helps in the regeneration of new cells. Sesame seeds can be useful in removing dead cells. For this, grind sesame seeds finely and add honey and crushed dry mint leaves to it. Apply this paste on the face and massage gently. Wash the face after 15 minutes. Apply fruit pack
Fruits like banana, apple, papaya, watermelon mixed together can be applied as a face mask for all skin types. Enzyme-rich papaya removes dead cells and brings back the glow of the skin.
