In the case of a female police constable living in Singanpore who committed suicide by hanging herself at home, it has been reported that the female constable had an affair with the constable Pravin Bhonye while serving in cyber crime. The investigation has taken a new turn as it came to light that he had sent messages to his lover before committing suicide.

Harshana Mahendrabhai Chaudhary, a woman constable living in Maheshwari Apartment near Singanpore Kantheria Hanuman Temple and working in the Postal Despatch Section of Singanpore Police Station, committed suicide by hanging herself in her house on Monday evening. Harshanaben did not go to her duty on Monday. After finding the door of the house locked from inside, the investigation revealed the whole matter.

According to police sources, Prashant was called several times from the phone of both Harshanas for the last month or so. Calls were also made on Monday afternoon, but instead of receiving the phone, Prashant also left messages asking him to meet at 12:30 in the afternoon. Prashant did not go to meet him after the message. It is being expressed the possibility that this woman constable took the final step only after sending the last message to Prashant.

Constable Prashant told the police that earlier he was working at Singanpore police station. Some time ago he was transferred to cyber crime and the affair between the two took place while he was on duty in Singanpore. Due to the accident, he was in his native Dang for one and a half months where he could not stay in touch due to lack of mobile network. He returned to work two days ago. Harshana used to call him but told the police that he could not go due to work.
