Rampur police was looking for Bollywood film star Jayaprada for a long time. The Rampur MP-legislative court has declared a non-bailable warrant against the actress. This is the 7th time the police has issued a warrant against the actress. Apart from the state, the police are also searching for him in other areas, but so far the police have not found success. Let us know why the police are looking for the actress.

Two cases against Jayaprada

Two cases are pending in the MP-legislative court of Rampur against actress Jayaprada. One of these cases is going on in Camry and another case is going on in Swar police station. Both the cases are related to violation of code of conduct in Lok Sabha Elections 2019. The case is pending in court, as Jayaprada is not appearing in court. Now a NBW (non-bailable) warrant has been issued against him for the 7th time. However, she is not appearing in court.

In which case the police are looking for the actress?

Both the code of conduct violation cases against Jayaprada are related to the 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Thereafter, Jayaprada contested from Rampur seat on BJP ticket. She lost the election. An FIR of violation of election code of conduct was registered against him in Swar and Kemari police stations. In the FIR registered in Swar, he is accused of inaugurating a road in Noorpur village despite the code of conduct.

Another case is of Kemari police station, in which he is accused of making objectionable remarks at a public meeting held in Pipalia Mishra village. In both the cases, the police completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet in the court. These cases are being heard in the MP-MLA Special Court (Magistrate Trial). She did not appear in court for several dates for the hearing, on which non-bailable warrants were issued in both cases.

Now the hearing will be held on 27th February

Rampur court has given strict order to SP. The order said that Jayaprada would be traced and produced in court, but for the past several months, the police could not know the location of the actress. In such a situation the court has once again issued NBW. Now the next hearing of this case will be on 27th February.
