PM Modi's first visit to Kashmir today after abrogation of Article 370, will gift Rs 1400 crore schemes

Prime Minister Modi is going to Kashmir today for the first time after the removal of the provisions of Article 370 in the year 2019. During his visit, the PM will unveil several development schemes and address a public rally. Complete arrangements have been made to make Prime Minister Narendra Modi's rally to be held on March 7 in the Kashmir Valley a success. Tight security arrangements have been made around the rally venue Bakshi Stadium.

Will announce a special package today

As the preparations for Prime Minister Modi's visit to Kashmir are in full swing, a special package will also be announced today by the PM for the development of the famous Dargah Hazratbal in Srinagar. During his visit to Kashmir, PM is going to inaugurate the integrated development of Hazratbal Tirth Project and Sonmarg Sky Drag Lift.

1400 crores scheme

PM Modi will attend the Develop India Develop Jammu and Kashmir event at the Bakshi Stadium in Srinagar and will inaugurate an initiative worth around Rs 5,000 crore to boost the agricultural economy in the union territory.

The Prime Minister's vision is to improve the overall experience of tourists and pilgrims visiting major pilgrimage and tourist destinations across the country by creating world-class infrastructure at these sites. PM will launch several initiatives under Swadesh Darshan and Prasad Yojana worth more than 1400 crores.

According to Khurshid Ahmed, administrator of Dargah Hazratbal, a lot of work has been completed under the leadership of the Waqf Board and more work is still to be done and the management here always tries to ensure that the people coming here, as well as tourists from many countries and states, should be relieved.
