The accused in Sabarmati police custody are Rajat Dalal, Shivam Malek and Krunal Rana. These three accused kidnapped a youth named Dhyan Lodha. So Rajat's lakhs of followers were messaging and after such a long time, Rajat and his two friends Shivam and Krunal kidnapped the young man and beat him to death. The police have registered a case and arrested all of them.

After registering a complaint of abduction and assault, the police interrogated the victim Dhyan and found that Rajat and his two friends came with a car without number plates and abducted him on the pretext of talking. where he was beaten. After which Dhyan was taken to a stable near Chandkheda.
