The opposition will ruminate on his conduct—Vice President

Vice President and Speaker of the House Jagdeep Dhankhare expressed displeasure at the opposition's walkout, saying the House continued late last night so that all MPs could speak. But the way the opposition has behaved is as if they have insulted the House and not me. The opposition left the House not the limit. Today the constitution has been disrespected. I condemn the opposition's walkout. Constitution is not a book to be memorized but to be memorized. The book of constitution is not to be kept in hand. It has to be followed. The opposition will mull over their behavior, take heart and take it to task.

Opposition cannot digest people's mandate-Modi

After the Vice President's attack on the opposition, the Prime Minister continued his address and said that the people of 140 crores cannot digest the mandate given to them. Yesterday all his attempts failed so today he ran away from the field. I did not come to score a debate. I am a servant.

On the issue of opposition walkout, Modi said that they know how to run away

The Prime Minister said during his address that the country is seeing that those who spread lies cannot hear the truth. He does not have the strength to listen to the answers to the questions raised by him. This is insulting the Upper House. The people of the country have defeated them in every way that they have nothing left but to squander in the streets. They only know how to shout, shout and run away.

The Prime Minister said that the problem of small farmers has been solved by giving them Kisan Credit Cards. He was having great difficulty in taking loans. But due to the new policy adopted by the government, we have permanently put an end to their problem by providing Kisan credit cards. Fishermen are also covered in Kisan Credit Card.
