A promise to allocate a fund of Rs 5 crore for the management of the temple

Until now, devotees could enter the Jagannath temple through a single gate. The decision to open the four doors of the temple was taken by CM Mohan Charan Mazi in the first cabinet meeting after the formation of the BJP government in Odisha. We have proposed funds in the cabinet for the development of Jagannath temple and other works. CM Mohan Charan Mazi said, when we present the next budget of the state, the temple We will allocate a fund of Rs 5 crore for management.

Earlier Odisha Minister Suryavanshi Suraj said that during the election we had said that all the 4 doors will be opened again. Then all the four doors of the temple are to be opened today. All the members of the Council of Ministers are present here. CM is also present. A corpus fund of Rs 500 crore has also been announced for development projects. We took the oath yesterday and today we are opening the doors.

Importantly, Mohan Charan Mazi took oath as the CM of Odisha. Two Deputy CMs and 13 ministers also took oath with him. Four proposals have been passed in the first cabinet meeting after the swearing-in. These proposals include opening the four gates of the Lord Jagannath temple, spending Rs. 500 crore fund, implementation of Subhadra Yojana in 100 days and paddy MSP Rs. 3,100 per quintal is included.

Under Subhadra Yojana, women will get 50 thousand rupees

Cabinet approves Rs. 500 crore corpus fund has also been approved. BJP announced to implement Subhadra Yojana in Odisha Assembly Election 2024. The plan has also been approved in the cabinet. Under the Subhadra Yojana, each woman will be given a cash voucher of Rs 50,000. The time limit of this voucher will be for two years. It can be encashed in two years. Apart from this, the farmers were also taken care of and the MSP of paddy has been increased to Rs 3100 per quintal.
