Finally the Lok Sabha Election 2024 results are out. BJP has been far away from many people in this election, but NDA has managed to cross the 272 mark. In this election, there were many big leaders of the opposition Bharat Gathbandhan, who managed to stop the BJP from going too far with their political wisdom.

Akhilesh Yadav managed to convince the people of Uttar Pradesh that his political skills are no less than his father Mulayam Singh Yadav. Hence he along with another 'boy' stopped Modi's chariot in UP. This other boy from UP was Rahul Gandhi. Who did not lose heart despite the failure of the last two Lok Sabha elections and the poor performance of the Congress in the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections held two years ago.

First started India Jodo Yatra from south to far north and then completed Nyaya Yatra from Manipur to Mumbai in North East. The passion and courage of these two boys was so amazing that this time the BJP fell far short of the figure of 272. Apart from these two, Mamata Banerjee, Lalu Prasad Yadav, Mallikarjun Kharge, Priyanka Gandhi, Sitaram Yechury, Jairam Ramesh, Uddhav Thackeray, Sharad Pawar and Pawan Khera made such a settlement that the horse of Modi's Ashwamedha Yajna did not move even after millions.

BJP's 'misunderstanding' is removed

After consecrating the Ram temple in Ayodhya, Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave a call to cross the target of 400 for NDA and 370 for BJP. His confidence was enough to defeat the opposing sides. But Rahul Gandhi, based on his tour, was confident that he would dispel this misconception of the Prime Minister. It was the same on June 4 that as the results started coming in, dismay spread in the BJP camp. However, the BJP won 240 seats and its alliance (NDA) got enough majority to form the government. But will the third time Prime Minister Narendra Modi be able to run the government without any worries like the previous two governments? This question is being raised in the entire BJP clan. The way he has boldly passed resolutions as per his agenda in the last two Lok Sabhas will trouble him in the future.

The 'boys' defeated the elders

People continued to think of Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav as the children of politics, but these two 'boys' breathed life into the disbanded opposition clan with their determination, dedication and confidence. On the surface this is what everyone sees. But ahead of him, the political 'Chanakya' was also trying to rein in Modi, who was tired of his 'Hindutva' for the last ten years. There is no doubt that he first used his Hindutva mantra in Gujarat politics, when he was the Chief Minister there. This experiment was successful and he remained the Chief Minister of Gujarat for three consecutive terms. He defeated all opponents inside and outside the BJP. When the BJP made him its poster boy before the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, he came to power on the basis of Hindutva.

PDA overshadowed Hindutva

His experiment was successful twice in a row. But to prevent their experiment from succeeding this time, the opposition parties formed the India Alliance and prepared a road map for the PDA. PDA stands for Backward, Dalit and Minority. This PDA edge overshadows Narendra Modi's Hindutva. In some places these PDAs were backward, downtrodden and minority (minority). So in some places Akhilesh Yadav called him victim, Dalit and so on. As a result, all the communities that were upset with Yogi Adityanath's rule in Uttar Pradesh also came under the umbrella of this PDA. PDA was taken in this form especially in Oudh and Purvanchal. It was not easy to restrict the BJP to only 33 out of 80 seats in Uttar Pradesh. But the duo of Rahul and Akhilesh did it. Candidates were fielded at the last minute to defeat arrogant BJP MPs who defeated powerful politicians like Smriti Irani.

Left ideology was also successful

In this chess of politics, the charisma of the leaders of the Left Front was immense. CPM General Secretary Sitaram Yechury was at the core of this Bharat Alliance. On the other hand, Jairam Ramesh and Pawan Kheda were instrumental in preparing Rahul Gandhi to stand firmly with the Bharat Alliance. These two leaders formed such a bond that Rahul Gandhi remained steadfast towards his goal. During Rahul Gandhi's travels, his easy way of meeting every common man and his playful style continued to charm everyone. He would stop anywhere and drink tea, eat chhole-bhatura while standing somewhere and go for a ride on anyone's bike. I remember, when the CPM government in West Bengal deployed police at every nook and cranny to stop Mamata's rally, she reached Chamkai Talla on the back of a bike in heavy rain, where her rally was held. Exactly ten years later, Mamata toppled the 34-year-old CPM government.

A short lesson in love

Today, the Left Front is collapsing in West Bengal because of the spirit of Mamata. Mamata has been ruling as a monolith there since 2011. It was not easy for Narendra Modi to face such Mamata Banerjee. In the 2021 assembly elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi directly clashed with Mamata Banerjee and the BJP faced a crushing defeat in the assembly. While in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections, two years before the assembly elections, the same Narendra Modi won 18 out of 42 seats in Bengal. BJP played the politics of religion there and raised slogans of Jai Shri Ram.

Mamata Banerjee, the Lioness of Bengal, repelled the BJP by reciting Chandi in public meetings. BJP forgot that every state of India does not have only Shri Ram worshiped by Hindus. Here in Gokul of Brajdham we have to say Radhe-Radhe and in Dwarka we have to say Jai Shri Krishna. This diversity is the lifeblood of India and Narendra Modi and his BJP have failed to recognize it.

Mamata taught the lesson

Mamata Banerjee won seven seats from BJP in Bengal. Their numbers went from 22 to 29 and BJP's from 18 to 11. Mamata contested the elections here by breaking away from the India Alliance. He defeated powerful Congress leader Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary in Berhampur by his candidate Yusuf Pathan. When he was winning from this seat continuously since 1999. Yusuf Pathan is a cricketer and hails from Gujarat. He doesn't even know Bengali. He also gave Vijayashree to former cricketer Kirti Azad from Durgapur Lok Sabha seat and film actor Shatrughan Sinha from Asansol seat. In this way, Mamata has made herself equal to Modi at the national level. Accordingly, Lalu Prasad Yadav built a big wall against Modi in Bihar. He could not contest the election himself due to his conviction in the fodder scam, but he trained his son Tejashwi Yadav in politics. The result was that RJD, which could not win a single seat in 2019, got four seats. He remained firm with India's annexation.

Strength of aging Sharad Pawar and Uddhav Thackeray

The NDA has suffered a major setback in Maharashtra. There, BJP had cracked Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena and Sharad Pawar's NCP. Two years ago, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray lured Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde to the Chief Minister's chair and supported him. Last year the senior Chanakya also roped in Sharad Pawar's nephew Ajit Pawar and made him deputy chief minister in the Maharashtra government. Uddhav's father Bal Thackeray ruled in Mumbai. What he said was a sentence from the Vedas. Countless people would have been grateful to him and would have been willing to sacrifice their lives for him. Such a disruption in Bal Thackeray's family proved costly for the BJP. Similarly, Sharad Pawar, upset with Ajit Pawar's departure, strengthened the India Bloc. The defeat of this 48-seat state proved costly for the BJP in the Lok Sabha elections.

Kharag's sword

Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge also gets a lot of credit for getting close to 235 out of 543 for the India Bloc. A year and a half ago, he was made the National President of the Congress. Before this, he has been the Railway Minister in the Manmohan Singh government. Born in a Dalit family in Karnataka, Mallikarjun Kharge rose to this position due to his intelligence. He strengthened the Congress at the organizational level in line with the wishes of the India Bloc. Being a Dalit face, Congress got direct votes from Dalits. In Uttar Pradesh Muslims and Yadavs were with Akhilesh while Congress got Dalit votes. Mallikarjun Kharge was instrumental in cementing the concept of PDA. Even if the NDA coalition forms its government under the leadership of the BJP, this time the BJP will not be able to listen to its mother.

Amethi was difficult without Priyanka

In the press conference held by Rahul Gandhi after the results on Tuesday, he fondly remembered his younger sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra. He said, My younger sister Priyanka, who is shyly standing behind, has a big role in this victory. She did not come forward, but when Rahul Gandhi was on a nationwide campaign, this Priyanka was trying her best to win over her brother in Rae Bareli and Congress candidate Kishori Lal Sharma in Amethi. Priyanka was successful in her aim.
