Junagadh video: Congress files complaint against Mansukh Mandaviya for violating code of conduct, BJP calls it baseless

Congress has filed a complaint in the Election Commission against BJP candidate Mansukh Mandaviya in Porbandar. He is alleged to have used government property for campaigning. A campaign meeting was held at Vanthali APMC and a dinner was also organized. Against which a complaint has been made.

Where the Congress has filed a complaint against the BJP candidate Mansukh Mandaviya in the Election Commission. He is alleged to have used government property for campaigning. A campaign meeting was held at Vanthali APMC and a dinner was also organized. Against which a complaint has been made.

On the other hand, BJP has termed the complaint of Congress as baseless. The Junagadh district BJP president accused the Congress and said that there is no substance in this complaint of the Congress. The BJP had taken the approval of the Election Commission to hold the programme. Besides, 3500 rupees was paid as rent for meeting in APMC. Thus, no government property has been used in the election campaign.
