In case of cyber crime or fraud can report to DIP, apart from this if you are receiving any call which you suspect may be cyber fraud or crime, you can report it on Chakshu portal.
If you are a victim of sexual harassment or receiving spam calls or messages offering to earn money by liking and commenting on social media, you can immediately report it to the Digital Intelligence Platform (DIP) or Chakshu Portal of the Department of Communication. Here your complaint will be processed immediately. On Monday, Communications Minister Ashwini Vaishnav launched the Digital Intelligence Platform and Chakshu Platform on the Sanchar Sathi portal.

Action will be taken as soon as you complain
After you inform, agencies like police and banks will be active and can take action within few hours. If you provide information about possible fraud of any number on Chakshu portal, that number will be blocked only after complete verification.
You will feel safe knowing that the details of anyone who complains on this portal will not be shared with anyone. Sanchar Sathi Portal was launched 9 months ago to prevent cybercrime and scams.
Eyes will benefit in this way
Chakshu Portal can be used to report suspected fraudulent communications. This will let you know about number, phishing and message attempts. The Digital Intelligence Platform is an inter-agency effort to share cybercriminal data between social media platforms, banks and wallet operators.
1,000 crore fraud stopped
The government is confident that both these platforms will prove helpful in curbing fraud. This will make the arrest of cyber criminals easier. The platform has successfully prevented frauds of over Rs.1,000 crore.
