History repeats in WCL 2024, India-Pakistan T20 World Cup to clash in finals like 2007

The World Championship of Legends League is being played in England. India, Pakistan, Australia, England, South Africa and West Indies participated in this league, in which former cricketers played. The top four teams of this league namely India, Pakistan, Australia and West Indies made it to the semi-finals. Both the semi-final matches were played on 12 July. In one Pakistan defeated West Indies while in the other India defeated Australia. Like the 2007 T20 World Cup, now the final match between India and Pakistan will be played on July 13.

The semi-finals of the WCL were also similar to the 2007 T20 World Cup. Like in 2007, once again Australia is facing Team India in the semi-final. Pakistan beat West Indies

In the first semi-final of the World Championship of Legends, the Pakistan team under the captaincy of Younis Khan defeated the West Indies by 20 runs. West Indies won the toss and invited Pakistan to bat. However, batting first, Pakistan lost 3 wickets for 10 runs. After this, Kamran Akmal and Younis Khan took over the innings. Kamran played a brilliant innings of 46 runs off 31 balls and Younis played a brilliant innings of 65 runs off 45 balls. After this, finally Aamir Yamin scored a quick 40 off 18 balls. While Sohail Tanveer also scored 33 runs in 17 balls. With this, Pakistan managed to score 198 runs. The West Indies team that came to chase it was all out for 178 runs.
