The US formed a high-level committee to investigate

The Czech Constitutional Court approved Nikhil Gupta's extradition in May. He has acquitted himself in an American court. He was arrested in the Czech Republic last year at the request of the US government for his involvement in a plot to kill Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannu in New York. Gurpatwant Pannu holds both American and Canadian citizenships.
