In such a situation diabetic patients should stay away from this juice. Even if you feel like drinking it, you should drink it only on the advice of your doctor. Even those who do not have diabetes should drink sugarcane juice in limited quantities. One glass of juice a day is enough. But don't drink it every day. You can drink a glass of juice once in two to three days. It won't hurt, but don't drink juice if your blood sugar levels are suddenly rising.
