Cheap CNG Car: Want to buy CNG SUV? This car is the best option for less than 10 lakhs

Are you looking for a car with a cheap fuel alternative to petrol-diesel? You can choose between CNG or Electric. But electric vehicles are slightly more expensive than petrol, diesel and CNG. In such a situation, CNG is the only option left for most of the people. Here we are talking about an SUV that costs less than 10 lakh rupees.

Tata Punch CNG

In the last few years, Tata has emphasized on CNG vehicles. Tata Punch is the cheapest car in the SUV segment. It can be purchased in total 5 variants Pure, Adventure, Adventure Rhythm, Accomplished and Accomplished Diesel. The car has a 1.2 liter engine, which generates 72.5bhp and 103Nm of torque in CNG mode. A 5-speed manual gearbox is available with it. The SUV has a twin cylinder CNG tank with a capacity of 60 litres. Its boot space is 210 liters.

The Panch CNG is priced between Rs 7.23 lakh and Rs 9.85 lakh, ex-showroom.

Hyundai Exter CNG

Hyundai Xeter CNG comes in two variants S and SX. The base model of the Exeter also comes with 6 airbags. Safety features like anti-lock braking, EBD and rear parking sensor are provided in this car. The car has a 1.2 liter petrol engine, which generates a torque of Nm. A 5-speed manual transmission is available with it. The SUV has a 60 liter CNG tank.

It is priced between Rs 8.43 lakh and Rs 9.16 lakh, ex-showroom.

Maruti Fronx CNG

The Frontex CNG comes in two variant options – Sigma and Delta. It has features like dual airbags, reverse parking sensors, 7-inch infotainment, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, keyless entry and automatic climate control.

The front CNG gets a 1.2-litre petrol engine, which generates 76bhp and 98.5Nm of torque in CNG mode. Its CNG tank is 55 liters. The ex-showroom price of the SUV is between Rs 8.46 lakh and Rs 9.32 lakh.

Maruti Brezza CNG

The Brezza CNG can be bought in three variant options – LXI, VXI and ZXI. It has a 1.5 liter petrol engine, which generates 99bhp of power and 136Nm of torque in CNG mode. It comes with a 5-speed manual gearbox and a 55-litre CNG tank. The ex-showroom price of the SUV ranges from Rs 9.29 lakh to Rs 12.10 lakh.
