Breaking News: Terrorist attack on Manipur CM N Biren Singh's security convoy, 2 jawans injured

A big news has come out from Manipur. Terrorists attacked Chief Minister N Biren Singh's security convoy. 2 jawans have been injured in this attack. The CM's security convoy was attacked when it was on its way to violence-hit Jiribam district. The whole matter is that CM N Biren Singh was going to visit Jiribam on Tuesday.

The CM's security team was going there before his visit. Suspected terrorists attacked the team. Several bullets were fired at the vehicles of the security forces, following which the security forces also retaliated. Police said that 2 soldiers were injured during the attack. Militants set fire to two police posts, a forest department office and around 70 houses in Jiribam on Saturday. Chief Minister Singh was supposed to go to Jiribam to review the latest situation but before that the news came out.
