However, ED has already filed a complaint against Kejriwal in court. In fact, after the fifth summons, the ED filed a complaint, which was heard on February 7, the court issued a summons to Arvind Kejriwal and ordered him to appear before the court on February 17. However, Arvind Kejriwal's counsel sought exemption from personal appearance arguing that he would appear on a later date due to the budget session.
