Arrest of Nawazuddin Siddiqui's brother Ayazuddin, know what is the whole case

Film actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui's brother Ayazuddin Siddiqui has been arrested by the police in a fraud case. He has been arrested by the Budha police of Uttar Pradesh's Muzaffarnagar. Budha SHO Anand Dev Mishra said Ayazuddin Siddiqui was arrested on Tuesday and sent to jail the same day. A case of cheating was registered against him a month ago, for which he has been arrested.

The prosecutor has accused Ayazuddin that in December 2023, he illegally issued an order letter to the Consolidation Department on behalf of the District Magistrate Court. The SHO said that when the matter was investigated, the allegations were found to be true.

The SHO also said that an FIR has been registered under sections 420 (cheating) and 467 (forgery) of the Indian Penal Code on the complaint of DM reader Rajkumar. This is not the first time that Ayaz's name has been involved in a controversy. Earlier in 2018, he was accused of hurting religious sentiments.
