26 EV charging stations will be built on the state 4 expressway, with the approval of Adani's company

A major decision has been taken to promote EV adoption in Uttar Pradesh. The Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) has granted permission to Adani Total Energies e-Mobility Limited to develop charging infrastructure on four expressways in the state.
26 charging stations will be installed
The Board of Directors of the Expressway Industrial Development Authority has approved a joint venture proposal by Adani Group and Total Energy to set up 26 charging stations on the motorway. According to a report in Economic Times, the aim of this joint venture is to meet the growing demand for convenient and accessible stations for electric vehicles. So as to support the changes taking place in the sustainable transport of the state.
EV infrastructure network will improve
Under this project, 26 charging stations will be installed on important expressways like Gorakhpur Link, Bundelkhand, Purvanchal and Agra-Lucknow Motorways. Building these charging stations at strategic locations will improve the entire EV infrastructure network in the state. Apart from this, electric vehicle users will not face any difficulty in accessing the charging facility.
There will be no financial burden
The charging services provided by Adani Total Energy E-Mobility Limited are expected to be reasonably priced. The per kilowatt fee will be Rs 9.74. By doing this, there will be no more financial burden on the users of electric vehicles. This will encourage the use of electric vehicles.
Adani Total Energy E-Mobility Ltd has been selected for the project out of six major contenders, reports say. Major companies like Tata Power EV Charging Solutions Limited, Tesco Charger Zone Limited, CasherDrive Marketing Limited, WordMobility India, Servotech Power came together to achieve this project.
Lowest service fee
Adani Total Energy e-Mobility Ltd has the lowest service fee among the shortlisted companies, a senior UPEIDA official told The Times of India. So, he was given this project. So that the financial pressure on electric vehicle users can be reduced. Apart from this it is also kept in mind that the company provides high quality service at a reasonable price.
