Kia has expanded its electric portfolio by adding a new EV3 model. The company has released its official teaser and launched it globally. Before this, its electric models EV9, EV6 and EV5 are coming to the global market. The company has built it on the E-GMP modular platform. The company claims that it can be comfortably driven up to 600 Km on a single charge.
This Kia car will be launched in the Korean market by July 2024. After this it will be launched in Europe. It will be launched in the Indian market next year. This will also be the company's new entry-level car. Its starting price may be around 30 lakh rupees.

The company has installed a high performance electric motor in the EV3. This motor generates a power of 201 bhp and a peak torque of 283 Nm. It is so powerful that it can accelerate from 0 to 100 kmph in just 7.5 seconds. Not only that, its top speed is 180 kmph. The EV3 will be launched in the global market with two battery pack options 58.3kWh and 81.4kWh. With a large battery pack, it will give a range of 600 km on a single charge. With the help of a DC fast charger, you can charge the battery from 10 to 80 percent in 31 minutes.
The Kia EV3 is also quite luxurious and eco-friendly inside. Eco friendly material has been used inside it. In this, recycled fabric has been used on the dashboard and door trims and polyethylene terephthalate has been used in the interior. This includes seats, door armrests and floor mats. It will have a large 12.3-inch display, which will be a combined setup for infotainment and instrumentation. The car will also have a 12-inch head-up display. It will get Harman Kardon sound system.
