A three-day BSF Boot Camp was held at Suigam, a unique experience for the youth
A three-day boot camp was conducted by the BSF. Which was planned as the fifth version. The initiative was inspired by the vision of border tourism. Along with this, BSF organized a camp for youth to join national security and to strengthen discipline and physical fitness.
A three-day boot camp was organized by the BSF at Suigam in the border area of Banaskantha district. Which was planned as the fifth version. The initiative was inspired by the vision of border tourism. Along with this, BSF organized a camp for youth to join national security and to strengthen discipline and physical fitness.
In which the students of National Defense University in Gandhinagar were also included. Who were given curriculum and training including weapons and maps as well as route march. An opportunity was also given to experience activities such as the famous retreat ceremony of the Border Security Force at Nadabet.
A unique initiative of BSF
The initiative, inspired by the vision of border tourism, was launched at Nadabet-Suigam near Zero Point with the objective of engaging the youth in national security and strengthening patriotism, discipline and physical fitness, highlighting the contribution and vital role of BSF in national security. Which will be helpful to understand.
The fifth edition of the camp included 20 students from the National Defense University, Gandhinagar, who were given physical training and obstacle course along with weapons training, map practice, route march and other adventure activities. Along with this, the participants got an opportunity to experience sports, local sightseeing and activities like border sight seeing visit of Nadabet and the famous retreat ceremony of Border Security Force at Nadabet. The camp provided a platform for participants to showcase artistic skills and develop greater social cohesion, while providing a comprehensive and immersive experience through camps, cultural programs and other activities such as campfires.
Apart from developing military skills, the boot camp aims to inculcate in the participants qualities such as improved leadership ability, self-confidence, learning new skills, out-of-the-ordinary experiences, introduction to the Border Security Force lifestyle, improved physical fitness. Discipline and team spirit provide a transformative experience.
