South's famous actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu has returned to work after a break of 7 months. Samantha shared a video announcing her comeback. The actress said that now she will work on a health podcast.

The 36-year-old actress shared a video on social media on Sunday. Which says, 'Yes, I'm late for work... finally. I was completely unemployed for so many days. Now I am going to do something different with a friend of mine. This is a must have health podcast. This is something I really like. I am very emotional and excited for this as it is releasing next week. I hope some of you find it very useful. I have had a lot of fun working on it.

The last film 'Khushi' was released in September 2022.
Samantha revealed in 2022 that she was suffering from an auto-immune condition (myositis) and took a break from work for treatment. Samantha's last release was 'Khushi' in which she was seen opposite Vijay Devarakonda.

Will be seen with Varun in 'Citadel'
On the work front, Samantha will now be seen in the web series 'Citadel' with Varun Dhawan. Samantha was also shooting for this web series till July last year before going on a break. Recently shared a post on social media, saying that the makers have shown her and Varun the first glimpse of the show. Apart from this series, Samantha has also signed 'Chennai Stories' which will be her first foreign film.
