PM Modi's big gift to farmers on assuming office, 17th installment of PM Kisan Nidhi announced

The first decision of the Modi 3.0 government has been taken keeping in mind the crores of farmers of the country. After taking oath for the third time, Prime Minister Modi signed the official file announcing the 17th installment of the PM Kisan Samman ceremony. It will benefit 9.3 crore farmers. Meanwhile, PM said that we are committed for the welfare of farmers. Will continue to do more work for the agriculture sector.

Let me tell you that the central government will disburse 20,000 crore rupees under the 17th installment to expand the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.

Our government is fully committed to the welfare of farmers. Therefore, it is appropriate that the first file to be signed after assuming charge should be related to farmer welfare. We want to do more for farmers and agriculture sector in the coming time.

Earlier, under the PM Kisan scheme, the 16th tranche of money was sent to the bank accounts of crores of farmers in the country on February 28.

How much help from Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana?

The central government is running the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme to provide financial assistance to the farmers of the country. Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana was launched on February 24, 2019. Under this scheme, farmers are given financial assistance of Rs 6,000 annually.

Three equal installments of 2000 rupees were deposited in the farmer's account. However, under the PM Kisan Samman Yojana, this amount is not sent in one go but in three equal installments of Rs 2000 each to the farmers' bank accounts.

1.  Go to PM Kisan Portal https://pmkisan.gov.in/
2. Click on “Farmers Corner”.
3.  Select “Beneficiary List” option.
4.  Fill the required details like State, District, Taluka, Block and Village.
5. Click on “Get Report” button.
6. Here your name will appear in the beneficiary list.
