Noida Police arrested YouTuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav on Sunday in a case of smuggling of poisonous snakes. After this he was produced in court from where he was sent to 14 days judicial custody.

After his arrest, many social media influencers are reacting on social media. But when Munwar Farooqui was asked this question, he was seen avoiding the question. Munwar is currently shooting for Colors TV's 'Holi Special' on a set an hour and a half away from Mumbai.

Munawwar gave this answer

When Munwar Farooqui was asked his opinion on Elvish's arrest by the media present as he packed up from the shoot, he said, “I have no idea about it. (showing his phone) My phone was switched off. My phone battery is completely dead. I don't know how this happened." Even when journalists present informed him about the arrest, Munwar's reply was that he did not know anything about it and therefore would not like to comment on it.

Elvish fans were furious about his friendship with Munwar

Recently Elvis Yadav and Munwar Farooqui attended a charity match with Akshay Kumar, Sachin Tendulkar, Kunal Khemu and other celebrities. In some videos and photos of this celebrity charity match that went viral, Munwar was seen taking a selfie with Elvish Yadav. Many of Elvish's fans were upset by his friendship with Munwar.

However Elvis Yadav later apologized to his fans and said that his fans are more important to him than his friendship with Munwar and henceforth he will try his best not to hurt the hearts of his fans with any of his antics.
