While announcing Riddhima's Bollywood debut in front of the audience on 'The Great Indian Kapil Show', Kapil said, 'Riddhima is going to debut with Wives of Bollywood. However, you all know that talent runs in the blood of the Kapoor family. Just like we do our blood test, and it either comes 'A' positive or 'B' positive, so their blood test comes acting positive.” Meanwhile, Kapil asked Riddhima why did you take so long to debut in the industry?

Answering Kapil's question, Riddhima said, “Actually, I made my debut at the age of 42. When I came on your show, you called me 'Tikhi Mirchi'. I got this offer just after hearing this name. Because he also wanted Mirchamsala in his show and he heard my praise from your mouth. Soon you will see me in this fun show. But I want to give full credit to you Kapil Ji. Neetu Kapoor also justified Riddhima's statement and said that it was Kapil who discovered Riddhima's talent.
