Gujarat team suffered a blow, star player out of WPL 2024 due to cancer treatment

Due to which she has been ruled out of the entire Women's Premier League tournament. The news has put the player's fans and the franchise under tension.

Cheatle currently made his Test cricket debut for India vs Australia in December 2023. He took the Gujarat Giants team in the auction. This time she was ready to make her debut in the WPL. The 25-year-old left-arm fast bowler will now have to stay away from the cricket field for a few months.

Lauren Cheatle made her ODI and T20 debut for Australia in 2017. Since then he has been away from the cricket field due to injury. Chitle has played only 4 ODIs and 7 T20Is so far.
