CNG cheaper before Lok Sabha elections, reduced by Rs 2.5 per kg in this city

The gas company released a statement late on Tuesday evening and informed about the reduction in CNG prices. Also said that the production cost of gas has come down, due to which the price of CNG has been reduced. The new prices will be effective from March 5 midnight.

The Election Commission can announce the Lok Sabha election dates in the country anytime this month. Meanwhile, there is news of relief for people, CNG price has come down by Rs 2.5 per kg. People are expected to get a big relief from this reduction in CNG prices in the era of inflation.

State-owned company Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL) has increased CNG price by Rs. 2.5 has been reduced. After this, the price of CNG has come down to Rs 73.50 per kg. MGL mainly supplies and sells CNG in the economic capital of the country.

Due to this, CNG prices fell

MGL issued a statement late on Tuesday evening informing about the reduction in CNG prices. Also said that the production cost of gas has come down, due to which the price of CNG has been reduced. The new prices will be effective from March 5 midnight. The drop in production costs has raised hopes of a drop in CNG prices in other parts of the country in the coming days. Meanwhile, the election is also going to be announced.

NCR CNG Prices in Delhi

There is news of a reduction in the price of CNG in Mumbai, the financial capital of the country. But currently CNG prices are stable in the national capital Delhi and surrounding areas (NCR). There is a possibility that gas prices may come down in Delhi as well.

Currently, CNG price in Delhi is Rs 76.59 per kg. Apart from this, the price is Rs 81.20 per kg in Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) supplies CNG and PNG to all these areas.
