Anil Ambani, brother of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, was once one of the country's biggest businessmen. At the time of demerger of Reliance Group, several large companies of the group also came under his account. But due to bad luck, the companies led by Anil Ambani went bankrupt one after another and the wealth of elder brother Mukesh Ambani increased manifold.
Now the next generation of the Ambani family is preparing itself to take over the leadership. Mukesh Ambani's son and daughter are going strong in the business world. Anil Ambani's son, on the other hand, is staying away from the limelight and is busy rebuilding his father's collapsing business empire. Anil's son Jai Anmol Ambani has built a business of 2000 crore rupees on his own by working hard.
Took the responsibility of carrying forward the name of grandfather and father
Anil Ambani's business was sinking one after another. Anil Ambani's worries continue to grow. However, now Jay Anmol is preparing a new empire for his father. He has become a ray of hope for his father. Born into the Ambani family, Jai Anmol has been tasked with carrying on the legacy of his grandfather Dhirubhai Ambani and father, but according to experts, his journey has been tougher than the rest of the Ambani family.
Started career as an intern
Jay Anmol started his career as an intern at Reliance Mutual Fund at the age of 18. He joined the company in the year 2014 and slowly started moving forward. After this he became a board member of Reliance Nippon Asset Management and Reliance Home Finance. During this time the Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group, which was built by his father, was reeling under declining profits and mounting debt. Jay Anmol then took over the helm of the group and convinced the Japanese company Nippon to increase its stake in Reliance. With this, Reliance Life Insurance and Reliance Capital Asset Management companies were born.
Cousin and sister remain in discussion
With successful decisions, Jai Anmol has increased the net worth of his business to over Rs 2000 crores. He married Krisha Shah in the year 2022. His cousins and sisters Anant, Akash and Isha may be in the headlines but Jai Anmol has to face a struggle as the young man has to work hard to improve his father's financial situation.
