Film actress Ameesha Patel, who is facing trial in the check bounce case, has agreed to a settlement with the prosecutor. She paid Rs. 2.50 crore has been agreed to pay. Her lawyer told the court that Ameesha will pay Rs 2.75 crore in five installments. Final level talks are going on regarding this. The hearing was conducted in the court of Judicial Magistrate Digvijay Nath Shukla on Wednesday.

Bijay Lakshmi Srivastav, the lawyer of the complainant Ajay Singh, said that Amisha Patel will have to be present in person and sign the settlement application. Its court has fixed March 7 as the next hearing date for Ameesha Patel's statement. Let us tell you that after recording the statement of the prosecutor in this case, the statement of Amisha Patel and Kunal Goomer will be recorded. For this, both of them have to appear in court personally and give their statement before the court. Film maker Ajay Kumar Singh, who lives in Argora, Ranchi, gave 2.5 crore rupees to Ameesha Patel in the name of making Desi Magic film. But the film was not made. After this he demanded the money back from Ameesha.

Two checks given for refund bounced. Both checks bounced. Ajay Kumar Singh filed a fraud case against Ameesha Patel and Kunal Groomer in 2018. The hearing is going on in the same case. Amisha Patel surrendered in the Ranchi Civil Court on June 17 in this case. He is currently on bail.
