GM Breweries reported a 13% year-on-year decline in profits in the third quarter of fiscal 2024. The company's results were weak in the third quarter. The company's EBITDA declined by 24.3% to ₹25.2 crore in the December quarter. Whereas, the margin fell to 16% as against 22%.

Shares of GM Breweries rose over 11.5% after the news of the board meeting for bonus shares. However, even after this surge, it is still far from the 52 week high. Its 52-week high is ₹808 per share.
