Stock market will be closed for 3 consecutive days in June, note the date

According to the list of stock market holidays 2024 available on the BSE website, the Indian stock market has a holiday tomorrow and Param Day and apart from this, the stock market is scheduled to remain closed for three consecutive days.

There will be no earnings for 3 consecutive days

Market is closed on 17th June 2024 for Bakrid. There will be no trading in the market on this day, so investors should plan to buy and sell shares in advance. June 17th is Monday. In the week starting from 17th, instead of 5, the market will be trading for only 4 days. Before June 17, June 15 and June 16 are Saturdays and Sundays and the market will be closed on these Saturdays and Sundays like every week. Thus there were three consecutive holidays in the market.

These segments will be closed

According to the list of stock market holidays in the year 2024, on the occasion of Bakri Eid on June 17, the commodity derivatives and electronic gold receipt (EGR) segments will trade from 9 am to 5 pm. But, trading will remain open for the evening session on MCX. Trading in commodity derivatives segment and electronic gold receipt (EGR) segment will continue from 5 pm onwards.

Now talking about the coming months, except for weekly holidays in 2024, stock markets will be closed for 1 day each in July, August and October. Apart from this, the market will be closed for 2 days in the month of November. While the market will be closed for 1 day in the month of December.
