SBI SCO Recruitment 2024: State Bank of India (SBI) has recently started a recruitment drive to fill the vacancies of Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO).
SBI SCO Recruitment 2024: State Bank of India (SBI) has recently started a recruitment drive to fill the vacancies of Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO). In which 'Trade Finance Officer, Middle Management Grade – Scale II' is to be recruited. In this notification, 150 vacancies have been announced.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply for this recruitment by visiting the bank's career portal sbi.co.in/web/careers . Candidates must have educational qualification and experience as per the criteria to apply. It may be noted that the last date to apply is June 27, 2024.
Suggested places for posting are Hyderabad and Kolkata. However, the bank has clarified that the postings are indicative only and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India.
Eligibility for SBI SCO Recruitment
Education: Graduates from Government recognized universities and institutes (in any discipline) who have certificate in Forex by IIBF can apply. Preference will be given to candidates with Documented Credit Specialist (CDCS) Certificate or Certificate in Trade Finance or Certificate in International Banking.
Experience: A minimum of two years post qualification experience in Trade Finance Processing as an Executive in any Scheduled Commercial Bank is required.
Selection process
The selection process includes shortlisting of candidates and interview. The bank said that minimum qualification and experience does not mean getting selected for the interview round. The bank will constitute a committee to decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, sufficient number of candidates will be called for interview. Interview round will be of 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the bank.
The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order based on the marks obtained in the interview. The bank said that if more than one candidate obtains the cut-off marks, such candidates will be ranked in descending order according to their age.
